Shawls that have already been hand made will be shipped once payment has been received.

All available stock is noted on the product page. However if a shawl is NOT in stock it can be made once ordered. You would need to allow three weeks for delivery as it takes quite some time to make this baby shawl.

  • Australia - Registered Post $14.00 (2-3 Working Days)

  • United States & Canada - Registered Post $35.00 (4-6 Working Days)

If we haven't shipping to your country before you may be eligible for FREE shipipng, simply submit your order and we'll contact you to confirm.

Payment Methods

Pay by credit card from anywhere in the world by using the "Paypal" payment option. You don't need a "PayPal" account to pay by credit card.

If you're in Australia Dianne's preferred payment method is Direct Deposit as this usually goes through over night and allows the shawls to be shipped the next day.

Select "Direct Debit" as the payment method and submit your order, then Dianne's bank details will be displayed on the next screen.

Packaging

All shawls and blankets arrive in a beautiful gift packaging ready to be given to someone you love, or as a gift to you!

Returns & Refunds

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully exchange the item/s provided or offer a credit note valid for 6 months. We do not offer refunds.

Contact regarding return of items must be made 14 days of receipt. No exchange or credit note can be given after 14 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision. The product(s) must be as new, therefore unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

Please email [email protected] with Your Name, Invoice/Order Number, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange or credit note. You will then contacted and supplied with further details on returning your product(s)

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs. It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Dianne cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. If you choose to send your parcel regular mail and it is lost no exchange or credit will be given. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. We charge the standard shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).
